Why the Machines Behind the Print Matter
Most buyers judge a print shop by the finished piece, but the equipment behind it decides what's actually possible - the material it can be printed on, how long the colour lasts outdoors, whether a shape can be cut precisely, and how fast a job can move from file to finished product. Dazzle Creations runs twelve specialised printing and finishing machines in-house in Domlur, spanning large-format printing, UV curing, eco-solvent and pro-solvent technology, cutting and plotting, lamination, and specialised manufacturing for acoustic panels and channel-letter signage.
What This Range Adds Up To
Having all of this in one facility means a project rarely has to leave the building to get done - a job that needs printing, precision cutting, and lamination moves through all three stages on the same production floor, under the same team's oversight, rather than being routed to separate specialist vendors for each step. That's the practical reason in-house infrastructure translates into both faster turnaround and more consistent quality: nothing is waiting in someone else's queue, and nothing gets lost in translation between vendors about material, colour, or finish.
FAQ( 03 )
The production floor includes a UV Direct Roll-to-Roll machine, a Rolteroute cutting and plotting system, a UV Flat Bed machine, an Eco Solvent machine, a 1024i Pro Solvent machine, an HP Latex machine, CNC laser cutting, vinyl plotter cutting, lamination, digital printing, an acoustic PET panel machine, and an aluminium channel-letter bending machine - twelve machines in total.
It prints directly onto rigid materials like acrylic, foam board, metal, and glass, with UV curing for durability. Its typically used for point-of-sale displays, rigid signage boards, and architectural applications where the print itself needs to be structurally solid.
Yes. Handling printing, cutting, and finishing in-house rather than outsourcing stages to different vendors avoids the delays and miscommunication that come with handoffs between suppliers, which is part of how standard jobs move through in a matter of days.
Yes. Machines like the UV Direct Roll-to-Roll and 1024i Pro Solvent presses are built for large-format, high-volume work, so production can scale from a single banner to a full corporate or event rollout without changing vendors.
UV printing cures ink instantly with light, working well on both flexible and rigid substrates including glass and metal. Eco-solvent printing uses lower-VOC ink thats well suited to outdoor banners and vehicle graphics, with a more workable production process than full-solvent printing.
It manufactures sound-absorption panels from recycled PET fibre - a specialised product most general print shops dont offer, produced in-house here for offices, studios, and hospitality spaces that need acoustic treatment alongside standard printing.
The aluminium channel-letter bending machine shapes metal into the three-dimensional letter forms used in illuminated and dimensional storefront signage - a different process from printed signage, built from bent metal rather than a flat printed surface.

Different materials and use cases call for different technology - UV for rigid substrates, eco-solvent for durable outdoor flexible media, HP Latex for odour-free indoor printing. Running all of them in-house means the right process gets matched to each job instead of one machine being used for everything it isnt suited to.
